What has Gelatiamo been up to during the lockdown?
We have been setting up our website and online store so customers can place orders online.
How has Gelatiamo been operating under level 2?
Slow, but we are happy to see our regulars coming in again with a smile.
How will our experience at Gelatiamo be different?
We make everything on the site - we don't buy pastry elsewhere or ship factory made ice cream in-store. We are not a chain store that offers the same menus.
What are your different options for buying?
We offer pick up, takeaway, sit-in and delivery.
Where’s your favourite place in Wynyard Quarter to enjoy one of your scoops of gelato?
Sitting by the water edge on the Karanga Plaza tidal steps.
What’s your top recommendation from the menu out of everything, including gelato and cakes/baked treats?
Our fruit tart is the one to die for, adding a scoop of French Vanilla gelato on top.
What’s your favourite gelato flavour that’s in store at the moment?
Black Sesame!
