Terms and conditions for Your Waterfront (a brand name of Eke Panuku Development Auckland)’s Summer of Indulgence social media campaign.
The promotion runs from Wednesday 2nd March to Thursday 31st March.
Each post’s giveaway is open until the next post in the series.
The competition will be run on Facebook and Instagram, and the entrant may enter on both platforms.
To enter on Facebook, an entrant must both like / follow the Your Waterfront account and tag a friend.
To enter on Instagram, an entrant must follow our account and tag a friend.
You can tag as many friends as you like, but they must be tagged in separate comments, and a different friend must be tagged each time.
Each giveaway post will mention when the winner will be selected and announced.
Only one winner will be selected for each voucher – entrants will be combined from across both Your Waterfront Facebook and Instagram platforms and selected at random.
Winners will be announced and contacted via social media.
Prizes are non-transferrable.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
The competition is not open to Eke Panuku employees or their families.
Prizes will expire on the date listed on the voucher.
Winners must reply and accept their prize within 12 hours of being contacted, or they forfeit their prize, and the prize is redrawn.
Eke Panuku reserves the right to modify the prize, however, in this case the prize will be of the same or greater value.
Eke Panuku and the vendors take no responsibility once vouchers have been sent out if vouchers are lost or stolen.
Eke Panuku reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
