We talk with Robyn Sheehan - Senior Site Administrator for Hawkins

Hawkins is one of the joint venture building partners working on the Fu Wah Park Hyatt site in Wynyard Quarter. 

As Senior Site Administrator for the Park Hyatt project, Robyn is responsible for all project administration & document control, as well as Quality Assurance and Compliance as they work towards their Certificates of Code Compliance.  The compliance role is a crucial part of the project as the final Practical Completion of the building is reliant of achieving the standards required by Auckland Council.

Fu Wah are the developer and owner of the $300M project building the 1st international 5 star hotel in New Zealand. The Park Hyatt hotel is due to open later this year in spring.

This is the first of a number of investment projects for Fu Wah.
