Connections - Create 2019
Queens Wharf’s Connections photography mentorship programme is back for its sixth year, and applications open Monday, 2 September to enthusiastic, hard-working photographers of all abilities.
Internationally renowned photographer and Sony NZ digital imaging ambassador, Tom Ang will mentor, advise and guide a group of ten photographers over six weeks to create a stunning exhibition of photography and multimedia to be displayed on Queens Wharf in December through to April 2020.
The theme this year is “Create”, a topic sure to inspire a varied and compelling range of artwork to display.
The lucky participants will attend the free six-week course every Monday evening from 6pm in Auckland’s CBD starting 7 October to 11 November.
Tom and the Panuku panel will review applications and select the successful applicants who will be contacted on Friday, 4 October 2019.
The application deadline has been extended until Friday, 27 September 2019.
Tom Ang kindly donates his valuable time to Connections – Create with support from Panuku Development Auckland.
