We are super excited that the Panuku Development Auckland Waterfront wahine are finalists in the Auckland Property People Awards 2019 with the Property Council of New Zealand.

The team’s mandate is to continue to shape the Waterfront as a place Aucklanders love by delivering the Waterfront Vision: “A world-class destination that excites the senses and celebrates our sea-loving Pacific culture and maritime history. It supports commercial, successful and innovative businesses and is a place for all people, an area rich in character and activities that link people to the city and the sea.”

Katelyn Orton

We talk with Katelyn Orton – Project Development Director - Waterfront at Panuku. Katelyn holds a qualification in town planning and project management and has more than 20 years of industry experience within the residential development and aged care sectors. Katelyn is passionate about creating communities that people want to live in: places that protect and enhance the natural environment, are built for resilience, and that have people at their heart.

Jo Brothers

We talk with Jo Brothers - Manager Corporate Affairs - Waterfront at Panuku. Jo relates with, and understands, people both one to one and to large audiences. It is the enduring gift she has received from her 30 years of experience working with people and brands within the corporate and public sector. Jo has developed the art and science of communicating both in person or on any platform with exceptional results. Jo has led Strategic Communications, Marketing and Engagement for organisations in the International & Global Airline industry, Banking, Tourism, Urban Regeneration and Local Government sectors.
